Catering Kitchen
The catering kitchen is equipped with sinks, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, steam table & microwave for your caterer to use to maintain food at the proper temperature and to assure cleanliness and safety in all food preparation and handling. You may choose your own caterer. Be aware that there is no oven or cook-top to cook food, only a steam-table and microwave to heat food.
Kitchen clean-up
All food, garbage & supplies must be removed. Our dumpster has space for bagged garbage, but no boxes. The kitchen must be cleaned to original condition.
